The Re-membering

In a time of increased reality distortion, mind-body detachment, false guru promises, and pervasive unconsciousness, this is a lived transmission, passed on to you the way it was actually walked, back to what you already know underneath everything you were taught to forget.

Re-membering, in the oldest sense of the word: gathering the parts of you that got scattered along the way and setting them back where they belong.

This is four weeks of putting yourself back together.

The Re-membering
I
The Unlearning Much of what feels like truth is conditioning, patterns picked up early to manage a world that is not the one you live in now. Week one is about telling the two apart: seeing which of your patterns are choices based on your truth, and which were survival strategies mistaken for identity.
II
The Repossession Telling the difference between a real desire and a borrowed one, a fear inherited or real, and starting to claim back what belongs to you. Week two is about learning to feel that difference, and reclaiming what got overwritten along the way.
III
The Rewiring Your nervous system learns a different way to operate, one that isn't running on old fear and old programming. This is where the ground starts to feel steadier under you.

Real long-term change rarely happens through willpower alone. Week three works with the body as much as the mind, so the old sense of threat can actually settle, and your inner guidance can shine through.
IV
The Rebuilding The parts of you that got split off through years of adapting are brought back into one working whole. Week four is about building a life, and a daily rhythm, from that whole place, instead of the old fragmented one.

From that now perceived ground, you start building again. Something that actually holds the shape of who you are.

"I spent years looking for a course that showed how to actually find a way back to the soul. I never found it. So I built it."
